Your First Step: A Phone Call with a Physiotherapist

Before any in-person appointments, you’ll have a telephone consultation with one of our physiotherapists.

Why We Start with a Phone Call

We want to make sure that Physiotherapy is the right place for you to help you start feeling better as quickly as possible. Speaking with a physiotherapist by phone allows us to:

Understand your symptoms and how they affect your daily life.

Review your medical history and any past injuries or treatments.

Give you early advice, self-care tips and safe exercises so you can begin improving right away.

Referral to other services if appropriate for your care.
